Ksamil has dozens of restaurants now. What sets Afrimi apart is twenty years of doing the same things well: slow-fermented pizza dough fired in a real wood oven, fish that arrives from the morning boats, and a family that treats every guest like they've come home for dinner.

We're not the trendiest place in town and we don't try to be. We're the place couples return to on their honeymoon ten years later, the place families bring three generations to, and the place locals quietly book on their own birthdays. That kind of loyalty is hard to fake.

The kitchen is led by Afrimi himself, who still works the line most nights. The wine list leans Albanian and Italian, the cocktails are made properly with fresh juice, and the menu is long enough to keep a table of ten happy without being a tourist trap.

If it's your first time, start with the grilled octopus or the fried calamari — both are house specialities. For mains, the Afrimi pizza with burrata and the seafood linguine are the two dishes guests message us about after they get home. Anything from the wood-fired oven is a safe bet.

Save room for the salt-crust fish, which we flambé tableside in summer. It's one of those dishes that turns a dinner into an evening.

Lunch is calmer (11:00–15:00) and a beautiful time on the terrace before the beach crowd arrives. Dinner from 19:00 onwards is busier — golden-hour seating between 19:30 and 20:30 books out first, especially in July and August. On Fridays and Saturdays we stay open until 01:00 for late drinks and cocktails.
